My name is Joseph Hair and I am a multimedia journalist studying at Manchester Metropolitan University. Originally I lived in Halifax, West Yorkshire and attended the North Halifax Grammar School. I first learnt a love for the media and our modern culture as a whole a few years before sixth form, and this passion was only strengthened by studying Media Studies and English Literature at A-Level.
As a young child my mother took me travelling regularly, and as such I have always adored travelling, and the freedom it represents. After the Brexit referendum in 2016 many have been left concerned and uncertain about the future of free travel in the EU, amongst many other things of course.
I decided to create this website in order to discuss the value of travel as a whole, with a focus on how Brexit will affect our ability to travel as British citizens.
